Matt is a husband, father, entrepreneur, and results-driven CPA with 10+ years of experience in public accounting. He partners with individuals and business owners to simplify taxes, help businesses plan through major decisions, and ultimately improve lifestyles. He listens and works to understand clients’ specific pain points and identify opportunities all the while being a responsive, available, and energetic resource.

Coming from a background in construction and cabinetry, Ervin is well accustomed to the culture of quality in everything he accomplishes. His exuberant, passionate nature coupled with the attitude that nothing is impossible brings a sense of direction and purpose to everything he does. When he's not working at Pine View, he enjoys spending time with his family, and also has a special weakness in resisting the lure of fishing.

Tanner Leibee is currently the president of Upward Management Group, a rental service company serving the shed & portable industry. Tanner loves starting new ventures and helping existing companies become highly profitable. But his favorite part of business is watching teams and leaders grow, through collaboration and relationships. He serves on the National Shed RTO board and at his church on committees. When not starting a new shed company, he empowers and learns from African church leaders through storytelling throughout South Sudan. Tanner lives near Winston-Salem, NC with his best friend/wife Rebecca and four children Dale 17, Camden 16, Chad 11 & Aalayah 4.

Melvin is a true leader and legend in agriculture and specifically in the hog market. Throughout his 40+ year career, he built the best stainless ag equipment in the industry and started by doing all roles in the company himself -- including sales, purchasing, controller, manufacturing, and designing all products. His grew the company to where he had multiple plants across South Dakota and one In Mexico. He is a pioneer at heart and understands what it takes to make a company thrive and be successful both financially and culturally with a keen eye for efficiency and making companies stronger and better. Relationship is the one word that describes him the best in family and in business explaining his endless connections and countless friends.
